Heritage education is configured as an ideal framework for the treatment of socio-environmental problems relevant to modern society. To this end, it essential that teachers can develop proposals in classroom promote critical thinking and eco-social their students, based on innovative experiential methodologies. For reason, initial teacher training must ensure future acquire these tools. Thus, aim work identify conceptions student regarding gamification a teaching methodology address controversial heritage. achieve this, questionnaire has been designed with questions about heritage, controversy, educational gamification, which was given 235 students (M = 60; F 175) taking primary degrees at different Spanish universities. guide design research instrument analyze results, system categories developed SPSS data processing program used.
